Shortages must be reported with in 24 hours of receiving your order.

Faux or artificial flowers and foliage are commonly referred to as “Silk” please note because artificial flowers and foliage are not always made of silk. However we do try to purchase realistic and good quality flowers from our suppliers and make our designs from a number of different types of materials, therefore while the flowers we use are traditionally called “silk” flowers they may not actually be made from silk.

If for any reason that you are not happy with your order simply telephone or email me to discuss the matter and we shall try our best to sort something out with you. Most of our items are made to order. If you wish to return the goods, we will have to charge a handling charge of the original purchase price. This is due to the fact that I make my flowers to order, so this fee will cover my time and admin costs. Cost of postage and packaging is not refundable. Please note bespoke designs are not refundable as these are made to your requirements, and pictures are sent to you on approval before posting out to you. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchases, you must notify me straight away, and I shall try to sort something out for you. Sale items are not refundable.

All items returned must be returned in the condition you received them in, with all their original packaging, and sent either recorded (insured for the value of £35.00) or by special delivery (items over the value of £35.00) insured for up to £500.00

We can not accept responsibility for return of goods that fail to reach us, so please always ask for proof of delivery from your post office this is free or charge. Also we would appreciate it if you can email us, to let us know that you have posted them back to us, to make sure that somebody will be in to sign for them.

All measurements are approximate and the descriptions are accurate by our manufacturers and by Ups a Daisy Bridal Flowers, we try to give honest descriptions on all our items. If in doubt then please email or phone us to discuss our conditions.
